It's a first time when a property was larger than on the pictures!! 🔥🔥🔥 (I traveled a lot and can say this! 😁) I absolutely loved my stay there. When I came in, I felt like at home immediately - it was so cozy! Everything is equipped with big care. Design is lovely, I felt so comfortable. Hans is so friendly, he cared about everything. It was so warm inside (I'm writing this review in the winter). I wanted to see the island but the weather was not too good, I wasn't too lucky there. But even sitting in the cozy accomodation when there have been the wind and rain outside was also a pleasure! It was warm and calm. I loved it ❤️‍🔥

Beautifully decorated and comfortable apartment with enough space and all the necessary amenities (to make breakfast as well). It honestly surprised me because it looks and feels better than the photos suggest. The house is incredibly cute and authentic and gives a real Texel vibe. The owner greeted us, showed us around, and for the rest of the stay we had complete privacy. Great location for exploring the island both by car or bicycles. And the neighbor's cat would wait to say 'hi' every morning! :D

We love the place,it is really nice and confty. Although breakfast is not included, you have everything you need to prepare an excelent breakfast (including egg cooker, fridge, etc.)

We just loved staying here. Hans is a wonderful host and was really helpful and communicative. The house itself is so cosy and bright, and the bed is super comfortable. It's a lovely space that we really enjoyed spending time in after a long cycle around Texel. The house is situated right next to the main street in Oosterend, with curious cows in the field at the other end of the street, and a very welcoming neighbourhood cat! Highly recommended.

The room was fully equipped with everything one needs. Very homely. My host, Hans was willing to carry my suitcase up and down the stairs for me, wbich I very much appreciated. Because I had to check out of my previous B&B at 12.00 I arrived early. Hans was kind enough to prepare my room so that I could check in at 12.30.

Prima bed & bad, genoeg ruimte, goede bedden. Koken gaat via een magnetron en een mini-oven, is voor enkele dagen wel goed te doen. Goede uitvalsbasis ten opzichte van de rest van het eiland.

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Wir wahren über das Osterwochenende Gäste einer wunderschönen mit liebe zum Detail eingerichteten Ferienwohnung. Wir wurden herzlich mit einer schokoladigen Überraschung und hübscher Osterdeko empfangen. Die kleine Wohnung hat alles was man braucht und in dem Bett schläft man wunderbar. Wir werden diese Wohnung natürlich weiterempfehlen und kommen sehr gerne wieder😊
