There is a strict ban on outdoor fires, BBQs, and all pets due to the sensitive nature of the regenerating note that there is no beach access from the property. All guests are advised to take care and supervise children on the areas with a large drop off on the banks. Please note that there is parking for up to 3 cars but is not suitable for boats, trailers or campervans as there is not much room to turn note that the first level and bathroom have concrete floors. Takaka is the main town within the Golden Bay area, with a strong community of friendly and arty locals. Start the day off with a quality coffee and a spot of shopping before heading to one of the many nearby attractions such as the Waikoropupu Springs, Kahurangi National Park or the Golden Bay Art Trail.
