The spacious villa “Mi Casa es tu Casa” is located in between Altura and Praia Verde, only a short walk from beautiful Algarve beach. The 130 m² villa extends across 3 floors and consists of a living room decorated by Mi Kasa Su Kasa, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a washing machine, air conditioning and a television, while a baby cot can be added on request for an extra fee. The private outdoor area includes a balcony, a garden and a furnished open terrace with a grill for guests to enjoy the evenings with tasty dinners. Within 12 minutes on foot (1 km) you will reach the sandy beach Praia Verde, where you will also find some restaurants and cafés. In the town of Altura, 2 km or a 4-minute drive away, you will find many supermarkets, shops and pharmacies, as well as cafés and restaurants. Within 40 minutes by car (appox. 55 km), you can reach Faro and the nearby international airport. The property is located inside the "Praia Verde Club", which has pools and hosts parties. - Parking spaces are available on the property. - Pets are not allowed. - Please, get in touch with the homeowner for pool availability. It only opens some months of the year and the conditions of use and opening hours are determined by the Clube Praia Verde. Additional charges will apply on-site based on usage for cribs.
