Sean & Lindsey have been San Luis Obispo locals since 2003, raising their 3 kids in what you'll come to find is "the happiest place on Earth". They are experienced vacation rental hosts, with 3 properties locally earning them hundreds of 5-star reviews. Black Barn Ranch: Newly built home w/ 5bd, 5bth, large open concept living area, pool, hot tub, media room and office. Big views of hillsides provide beautiful sunrises & sunsets. Conveniently located in the middle of SLO's best wine region, hiking trails + 2 miles to the heart of downtown SLO. This is our family home so the pantry is well stocked, we have tons of games and puzzles, and lots of outdoor activities available to you as well: bocce court, shuffle board court, & corn hole.

This neighborhood is unique in SLO. It sits right on the county/city line and enjoys the benefits of both the county and city - animals graze in the pasture across the street at the neighbors', gorgeous hillside views all around, and a quick 2 mile drive downtown or wine tasting. Large neighborhood with residences spread out.
