Situated in a quiet forested area, in the summer you are only minutes from the beach & great restaurants, and in the winter you are centrally located for skiing at 3 of the area's best resorts. The home has all you need for relaxing and entertaining with an open layout, a fully-equipped kitchen, a foosball table, a large deck, and more. This house is fun for the whole group! Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.

Situated in a quiet neighborhood, this home's location offers an ideal blend of serene surroundings with the convenience of being close to the action. During the summer months take a short walk down the street where you will find an endless network of National Forest trails for walks, runs, and bike rides. Or make the quick 4-minute drive to Patton Beach, which is dog-friendly and great for swimming. Nearby Patton Beach you will find more entertainment and dining options such as the famous Garwoods Bar and Grill, a wonderful lakefront dining experience, CB’s Bistro and Pizza for family dinners, Magic Carpet Mini Golf and Arcade for the little ones, and a 7-11 for all of your late-night needs. The beautiful Carnelian West Beach provides another excellent swimming spot just a 4-minute drive from the home. In the winter months, you are only 20 minutes from Northstar, 25 minutes to Squaw Valley Alpine Meadows, and 10 minutes from the Tahoe City Nordic Center where you will find a huge network of trails for XC Skiing or snowshoeing. All those wonderful trails on the National Forest system are perfect for enjoying some XC skiing and snowshoeing in the winter months. If a little less physical activity is what you are looking for, you are just a 10-minute drive west to Tahoe City and 6 minutes east from Kings Beach. In both places, you will find sandy beaches, farmers markets and major grocery stores, golf courses, small boutique shopping, waterfront parks, golf courses, weekly concerts in the summer, and a wide variety of bars and restaurants. You are also 10 minutes from the Nevada state line, where you will find casinos and concert venues. This home is the perfect launching pad for any Lake Tahoe experience!
