I promise as soon as you walk in you'll feel that warm and cozy at home feeling when you stay with us.

I'm a fun and easy going guy born and raised in Tucson. I am a somewhat new girl dad to a perfect and beautiful little 2 year old named Alana. My family owns a local pet store called Tropical Kingdom that's been around for almost 40 years!!

This cozy home is around 1,200 sq ft and is filled up with everything you'll need whether you're staying for a couple nights or a couple weeks. Comfortably the place sleeps 4 but there are a couple loungers and even an air mattress if you request one for a couple extra people. There's even an outdoor grill and covered patio with cornhole for all my competitors out there. You'll have access to the entire 8,000 sq ft. property along with shaded parking. There's FREE wifi too of course which also does include every streaming service. Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, Peacock, Disney + and so much more. The fridge will be stocked with bottled water and other snacks as well. If you'd like something else to drink as well feel free to message me before your stay and I'll have it in the fridge ready to go. You’re right by the U of A and banner hospital. There's TONS of food choices around you as well as well as gyms. Downtown is less than 8 minutes away and if you like the outdoors you’re super close to Sabino Canyon or Tumamoc Hill. If you haven't been to Reid Park or the Zoo here then thats a must try I highly recommend!
