And two guest, well furnished and spacious, rooms. All furniture is brand new. The house has a washer and dryer for your convenience. And a big backyard.

Our home is located in a quiet suburban area. Very family friendly and quiet for the most part. We are also conveniently located near a Walmart (about 2 minutes) and the University of Merced is about 10 minutes away.
