The well-equipped kitchen is ready for your cooking ventures, or for simply storing your leftovers. Wash your clothes with ease in the private washer/dryer, or simply unwind in the cool air of the home's central air-conditioning. Ideal for the furry members of your family, a fenced backyard offers a lovely space to soak in the Texas sun. When it's time for bed, tuck into ultimate comfort thanks to each room's memory foam mattress. <b>House Rules</b> Guests have complete and exclusive access to the unit with the exception of one locked closet under the stairs. Check-in time: 4:00 pm. Check-out time: 10:00 am. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
