The downstairs is open-concept with high ceilings, hardwood floors, a large kitchen, breakfast bar, dining area with seating, and a comfortable living room. The house opens onto a gorgeous sunroom with an ingenious design — the large windows can be opened for a screen porch feel or closed (with the blinds closed) for a cool room on hot days. This room, with its leather chairs and comfortable couch, is perfect for entertaining, reading, or simply relaxing. The well-stocked kitchen is large and fully equipped with all modern appliances including a gas stove, dishwasher, and refrigerator. The kitchen even opens to the dining area and living room so cooks can still interact with the rest of the house.
