Other things to note The neighborhood is composed of larger homes on acres of land, many horse facilities are in the area. Including our Daughter, Deanna and her husband Jim Searles, they have the The Circle S Ranch. We all show and raise Quarter Horses. More information Spur Cross wilderness area is a favorite for mountain bikes, runners and hikers, just three miles away. Black Mountain is a steep hike for those willing. The eclectic artsy town of Cave Creek is bustling with art shows, fine dinning, golf, rodeos, many shopping opportunities abound just two miles from the guest house. Getting around There is Roku TV, and direct but on different TVs so may need to help with remotes, Please don't hesitate to ask. The property is totally fenced. private parking, enough room for trailers or a motor home to park. A place they can turn a pet loose for awhile. Hiking all around. Please but all dirty linens in hamper in closet. Dishes in dish washer and all remotes back in there places. Thanks so much
