If you are looking for a unique place to stay, come visit us at Springhouse 1803. Yes, there really is a spring under the house. After sitting empty for 20+ years, the restoration is to a point where it can be used, it has maintained much of its colonial charm. The house has all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE, OWNER IS ON SITE.
I have a love of old houses & buildings, I wish I could save them all. I try my hardest to restore the properties to original but with modern amenities. The fact that the springhouse actually has water coming from under it is pretty awesome. You would be surprised how many people don't know what a springhouse or spring is. I would like to travel more but that four letter word gets in the way. I will be available to any questions you might have. You can email or text me. I can also come down to the house If anything is needed. I do live on site.
The Springhouse is tucked away on a small residential street just outside the city limits of Hagerstown. Everything you might need is just outside our little community, within 2 miles.
