This two-story home boasts an enviable position as the last house on a dead-end road, where it sits adjacent to the Maine Huts & Trails Poplar Stream Trail. It's the perfect location for hiking, biking, cross country skiing, snowmobiling, and skiing Sugarloaf's 176 trails and glades across 1,360 acres. At day's end, you can even stroll to Tufulio's just half a mile down the road. Built in 1964 and thoughtfully renovated in 2016, the cabin offers every essential comfort in a wonderfully atmospheric setting. Spend snowy evenings curled up by the woodstove (logs are provided, as is backup gas heat), playing board games at the kitchen table, and watching movies on cable, streaming, or DVD. Come summer, relax outside on the deck as you light the gas grill, dine in the fresh mountain air, and admire the brilliant night skies.
