We opened our first units in March 2020, then the world was closed down. Since then, we've been upgrading more units, improving the facilities and expanding the indigenous gardens. We love getting to know people and interacting with guests from all over the world. We have a great passion for our county and its beautiful attractions and love to share it with our guests.

KatiKati Eco Lodge is situated on a tranquil farm in the beautiful Heidelberg Valley, 6km outside the bustling town of White River in the Mpumalanga Province of South Africa. We are ideally placed for guests to visit the numerous attractions in the area, including the Kruger National Park and the Panorama Route. We currently have 3 different apartments available. All the apartments have their own veranda, parking spot and entrance. There are 2 studio-units and a 4-bedroom unit for groups of friends or families Unit #1 accommodates 2 persons on a double bed. There is an open plan lounge, kitchen and bedroom and a private bathroom. There's a private veranda, equipped with outdoor furniture and braai facilities. The kitchen is equipped for basic food preparation, more equipment is available on request. Unit #2 is a studio apartment with its own veranda, kitchen, bathroom and open plan living and bedroom area. It sleeps 2 persons on one double bed and an additional person on a single bed, in the same room. The kitchen is equipped with basic amenities, but more facilities are available on request. Unit #6 is a double story apartment with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a loft area with 2 more beds. The bathrooms, lounge and outdoor kitchen are shared by all guests in this unit. The kitchen is on the veranda with view towards the swimming pool. Enjoy a quiet day at the swimming pool or visit the numerous beautiful attractions within reach on day trip excursions. The host can provide all the information needed on attractions and activities in the area. Hosted day trips to the Kruger National Park, the Panorama Route and other attractions can be arranged. Our units are equipped for self-catering, but breakfast can be arranged in advance at an additional cost.

KatiKati is ideally situated between the Kruger National Park and the Panorama Route. There are numerous beautiful attractions, exciting activities and interesting outings within easy reach on day trips from the lodge. Personalized, hosted tours can be arranged where we will share our knowledge, experience and passion with our guests. The farm is located 6km outside the bustling town of White River. There is 1km of gravel road to travel, but it can be used by any type of vehicle. We are on the quiet side of the Heidelberg Valley and the views towards the West and sunsets are spectacular. Enjoy the tranquility of our farm, while being close to all the shops, entertainment, activities and attractions of the beautiful Lowveld. KatiKati is close enough to both Nelspruit and White River for a restful stay if you attend any of the big sporting or cultural events often presented in the greater Mbombela area. Transfers from and back to the airport can be arranged. Even though our units are equipped for self-catering, we can deliver breakfast to your unit at an additional fee.
