I wish more people would present thoughtfully-remodeled properties like the Flying Steamshovel. The room was fantastic with fun bunk beds for the kids and great linens.

The room was beautiful and cozy and had all of the amenities we needed for our stay. It has the feel of a modern lodge and was very quiet, though located above a bustling restaurant. I wished I could have stayed longer. The locally roasted Seven Summits coffee was exceptional, so we walked to the shop and bought a bag to take home. The location was also convenient, just uphill from the main street in downtown Rossland. We enjoyed dinner at the restaurant downstairs and breakfast at a local cafe.

Nice quiet location up on top of the hill west of town. Very clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was okay but nothing special. Manager was very helpful on finding a very good Italian place in Trail to have dinner.

I didn't have breakfast because I did not enjoy my dinner the night before. The room was pleasant.

Suite was extremely comfortable. There were plenty of attention to details-from the fully equipped kitchen to the beside wireless chargers. Considering the inn is right above the pub, noise was NOT an issue. We will definitely come back.

The room was perfect and really nice! We had dinner at the pub and the food was fantastic! We were there with our adult son and the way the room with 2 double beds was divided in two was really good; lovely bathroom with bath and really helpful staff. It does not look much from the outside but it was really well worth it!

The inn was very welcoming and comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised at the size of our room as previous reviewers commented that the rooms were small. Yes they were on the small side but there was plenty of space to store bags and lots of hooks to hang things on. The beds were comfy- I slept really well. Also, the shampoo/conditioner provided smelled great! I really enjoyed being able to walk to the lifts. The hot tub was so welcoming after a hard day of skiing.

The Location was the BEST PART! Once we parked the car, we had no need to leave. Walking to the lift, and sun snacks on the patio after skiing and before we set out to cook dinner of our choice. the cooking accommodations were fabulous, as well as the cold and dry food individual storage bins. Best place ever.

Stayed in the luxury room, pictures do not do it justice. Convenient to grab dinner in the pub downstairs. Soundproofing is good to with no noticeable sound in the evenings
