Get there for tapas time - or just have a late meal with taps + wine. Go round the bars choosing the great food / drinks then sit down anywhere in the centre and make friends with the people next to you. A good place when it's hot - they spray atomized water above you.. they old architecture is just beautiful!

This a tapas market it's very popular and if you enter from the plaza major side the first shop makes the best Mojitos (you won't believe how much rum he puts in them) Good coffee opposite end of the markets for cakes and coffee. You have to visit at least once.
