This old motel has been totally remodeled and the rooms are large and beautiful!! Everything is new, the beds so comfortable, quiet, great water pressure/shower, room for the dog to run around, amazing personally cooked breakfast, great couple run the place....it could not have been any better. I ever stayed an extra night!

Very convenient to stores, recreation activities and beaches. Many restaurants in area to select from. Ground are beautifully maintained. I will book again at this motel.

Located just off Interstate 93, this motel is within a 10-minute drive of both Loon Mountain and Cannon Mountain. It features a heated outdoor pool, a large yard for campfires, and free Wi-Fi access. The couple that owns the motel is very charming and helpful. they gave us a lot of great recommendations.

Set among native forests, directly on Paugus Bay, Birch Knoll is a family-run property overlooking Lake Winnipesaukee. Great location,the owners are great people and if you don't see something that you require in the room,just ask,I mentioned my wife liked tea in the morning and a kettle was dropped in our room ,full of water within minutes. We will stay again,probably next year as 2 days wasn't long enough.
