Wow, just wow…. Blown away by this sparkling hidden gem in Moclips! Who knew?! We sure do now…. Plan to come back and experience the place and beach at different times of the year. Highly recommend the Moonstone… amazing touches (big and small). They “wrote” Moonstone on the blanket at the end of the bed the way people write in the sand on the beach! It was a shake my head moment when I realized. So very considerate of the dog-lovers out there…. All the lower rooms allow dogs, and have a basket of gear to make the stay more comfortable and a welcome treat! Love the dunes, and the grass-strewn paths, and the viewing chairs. So incredibly peaceful to sit on the deck with a hot coffee cradled in your hands, sitting in comfie deck chairs. And you will leave rich… in sand dollars! Soooooo many! Can’t wait to return!

The location was beautiful, it was quiet, very clean and comfortable. The property was well cared for. However because of Covid we did not get to meet the owners. Maybe next time.

I didn’t have the breakfast because I was up and gone early for my daughter’s graduation. But, if I would have had the time I definitely would have had the breakfast.

Located in Grayland, 500 metres from Grayland Beach, Arena del Mar provides accommodation with free WiFi and free private parking. Manager very friendly along with cat greeter outside! Manager was able to round up a bedside lamp for my mom. Cabin was very clean. Would stay there again. Quiet sleep.
