The staff and service were EXCEPTIONAL. They made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived till the moment we left. Nothing was too much. They even went to the pharmacy downtown to buy us blister plasters:) We spent Christmas at Serras Andorra and the food was absolutely amazing. Both the vegetarian and regular menu. Really beautiful!

The beds were comfy, the room was warm, and the staff was incredibly helpful with suggesting activities or printing lift tickets for us. There's a game room where they show futbol matches and have a pool table, bar, and other arcade games.
