Amazing value for what was provided. We had a free upgrade and were given the extra luxury suite instead of the room we had originally booked. I think it could have been something like 90m² and had the largest, most luxurious bathroom I had ever seen, as well as the largest amount of towels per person of any room ever. The view was great. The staff was nice and available to satisfy any of our requests. We enjoyed the free saunas, both dry and humid, and swimming pool, as well as a nice massage (not included in the price). The restaurant provides amazing meals for extremely reasonable prices, providing mostly local cuisine. Check-in and check-out processes were easy and the parking spot for our pick-up truck more than abundant.

It's a family-run hotel and the two brothers that run it are very, very accommodating and helpful. We had a WIFI problem at first and one of the brothers came down and replaced the router. Breakfast was great. One of the brothers is the pastry chef and he makes great pastries! They were very helpful about giving us local information. It's not the most modern hotel, but rather has the feel of an old Spanish hacienda. We loved it. Very comfortable. Would definitely stay there again given the opportunity. It's a few blocks away from the noisy downtown area around the square, but easy walking distance in the daytime. They have good, covered parking if you have your own car, as we did. Great value for the price as well.

Viñas de Cafayate. Wine Resort is surrounded by vineyards and offers authenticity with it´s colonial style architecture and design. Great location on a rise in front of a vineyard. We had a room with a view and was great value. This room was large with a covered patio on the view side. Breakfast was good, dinner offerings were good as well. The pool is large and has an attendant ready to supply wine, other beveriges and snacks. Very large and private grounds. There is a winery well within walking distance offering tours, lunch and tastings. A bit further down the road by car is Finca Los Neubes. A great place for a relaxed vineyard lunch.
