Offering panoramic views of the Lienz Dolomites, Familienhotel Moos-Alm is located at 3.3 feet above sea level next to the ski slopes and the upper station of the Schlossbergbahn/Hochstein Cable Car. My two day stay at Moos-Alm was one of my best hotel experiences ever. The service level was outstanding. I booked half-board and the 5 course dinner was superb. The second day I was looking forward to the dinner all day long. The breakfast also tick all the boxes and even more. The spa/sauna area was very nice and clean. A real treat after a day on the mountain. They even let me keep the room for the day after checkout in the morning. So nice of the staff. I wanted to stay longer and already looking forward coming back again.

Framed by the beautiful panorama of the Lienz Dolomites, Parkhotel Tristachersee offers a romantic and exceptionally quiet location on a scenic lake in the forests, 2.5 mi south of Lienz. Location in a quiet neighborhood was great! And still only a short walk to the heart of the city. Bucolic view of the city and mountains from our balcony! Breakfast was good, what you'd expect. The room was good size and super clean. The family who run it is very nice.

With panoramic views of the Lienz Dolomites, the 5-star Dolomitengolf Suites is right next to its own 36-hole golf course in East Tyrol, 6.2 mi from Lienz. Stunning location with views of the Dolomites. The restaurants and breakfasts were delicious with local produce and of a very high standard. Our suite was very spacious with lots of storage, tea kettle, huge bathroom with a very nice bathtub as well as an outside patio with views of the Dolomites. The spa treatments were also very good!

Surrounded by green pastures, Hotel Tschitscher is a 10-minute drive form the city of Lienz. You can find a library and a games room with more than 250 board and card games on site. Fantastic place, filled with passion, vision and the host is probably the nicest guy you'll ever come across, ABSOLUTELY marvellous.

The 3-star Waldhotel Bad Jungbrunn has a restaurant, bar, a shared lounge and garden in Tristach. There is a terrace and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. Very quite and nice hotel which is located at the foot of mountain. Staffs were nice and helpful. Chef was so kind and food was very delicious:)

Enjoying a quiet location in Tristach, 2.2 mi from Lienz, this hotel offers views of the surrounding mountains. Free WiFi is provided in all rooms and free private parking is offered on site. We traveled with our small son, and the playground on the property was a very nice surprise. The food was very tasty. And the location is great if you want to do some hiking or cycling in a more quite part of Austria.
