The moment you step foot in the cozy 'lobby', you are made to feel right at home. It feels more like visiting a distant relative, than checking into a hotel. We arrived after regular check-in time, and still we were greeted with a glass of sparkling wine and chatted for half an hour - what a difference to what you are used to. This approach directly set the tone for the rest of the stay, and I have not come across a better combination of privacy and luxury, and such a personal touch. During the whole stay, the hosts were super helpful, friendly and could not have made us feel more welcome. The rooms are nicely decorated, beds very comfortable, the view is phenomenal and the breakfast is extensive. It was a lovely experience having it served in the room, with a view over Mariazell and the valley. We had some special requests, and they were more than fulfilled, making this a truly memorable weekend. From the hotel, you get to the center of Mariazell within minutes on foot, but getting to the hotel by car is equally easy, making it a great starting point for excursions into the region.

Amazingly helpful personnel - they helped us a lot even with things that were unrelated to the accommodation. Nice and spacious room. Breakfast included, dinner possible in the restaurant.

Olemas on spaa, Soome saun, infrapunasaun, tervisedušš, teebaar, lahtistusala ja päikeseline terrass, kust avaneb vaade Gemeindealpe'ile. The room was beautiful and clean. I appreciate the rich breakfast, including eggs served in different ways. The wellness area with a terrace overlooking the surrounding mountains was also amazing.

JUFA Hotel Erlaufsee asub Bürgeralpe suusapiirkonnast vaid 500 meetri kaugusel. Kohe spordikeskuse kõrval on Mariazelli kesklinn 2 km kaugusel. Kohapeal on ka spaa. Good breakfast, friendly reception.

JUFA Hotel Mariazell asub Mariazellist 3 km kaugusel ning pakub suurt sisebasseini, keegliradasid, kelgurada ja suurt terrassiga aeda. I like the location in quite part of the village. Great family hotel very kind people, great breakfast.

Nice and clean room, probably renovated lately. Hotel is located in the center of the city just above the church. Host is very helpful and offered a garage for bikes (for a 10 EUR fee). Dinner in the hotel restaurant was a decent one.
