We arrived after regular check-in time, and still we were greeted with a glass of sparkling wine and chatted for half an hour - what a difference to what you are used to. This approach directly set the tone for the rest of the stay, and I have not come across a better combination of privacy and luxury, and such a personal touch. During the whole stay, the hosts were super helpful, friendly and could not have made us feel more welcome. The rooms are nicely decorated, beds very comfortable, the view is phenomenal and the breakfast is extensive. It was a lovely experience having it served in the room, with a view over Mariazell and the valley. We had some special requests, and they were more than fulfilled, making this a truly memorable weekend. From the hotel, you get to the center of Mariazell within minutes on foot, but getting to the hotel by car is equally easy, making it a great starting point for excursions into the region.

Amazingly helpful personnel - they helped us a lot even with things that were unrelated to the accommodation. Nice and spacious room. Breakfast included, dinner possible in the restaurant.

I appreciate the rich breakfast, including eggs served in different ways. The wellness area with a terrace overlooking the surrounding mountains was also amazing.

Just 500 metres from the Bürgeralpe Ski Area, JUFA Hotel Erlaufsee is next to a sports centre 2 km from the centre of Mariazell. A spa area is available. Good breakfast, friendly reception.

JUFA Hotel Mariazell is located 3 km from Mariazell and offers a large indoor pool, bowling alleys, a toboggan run, and a large garden with a terrace. A breakfast buffet and free parking are... I like the location in quite part of the village. Great family hotel very kind people, great breakfast.

Family-run for 5 generations, Hotel Drei Hasen is located in the centre of Mariazell, only 100 metres away from the world-famous Basilica and 50 metres away from the cable car. The staff were extremely helpful and nice, the breakfest service was amazing.

Nice and clean room, probably renovated lately. Hotel is located in the center of the city just above the church. Host is very helpful and offered a garage for bikes (for a 10 EUR fee). Dinner in the hotel restaurant was a decent one.
