Room was much bigger than we expected, exceptionally clean, hotel perfectly located - on the main street, few minutes from sops and restaurants. Owner is very pleasant, she gave us many useful tips. Breakfast was carefully selected, tasty and plentiful. All in all, hotel highly recommended.

The moment you step foot in the cozy 'lobby', you are made to feel right at home. It feels more like visiting a distant relative, than checking into a hotel. We arrived after regular check-in time, and still we were greeted with a glass of sparkling wine and chatted for half an hour - what a difference to what you are used to. This approach directly set the tone for the rest of the stay, and I have not come across a better combination of privacy and luxury, and such a personal touch. During the whole stay, the hosts were super helpful, friendly and could not have made us feel more welcome. The rooms are nicely decorated, beds very comfortable, the view is phenomenal and the breakfast is extensive. It was a lovely experience having it served in the room, with a view over Mariazell and the valley. We had some special requests, and they were more than fulfilled, making this a truly memorable weekend. From the hotel, you get to the center of Mariazell within minutes on foot, but getting to the hotel by car is equally easy, making it a great starting point for excursions into the region.

Amazingly helpful personnel - they helped us a lot even with things that were unrelated to the accommodation. Nice and spacious room. Breakfast included, dinner possible in the restaurant.

Bürgeralpe Kayak Merkezi'ne sadece 500 metre mesafede yer alan JUFA Hotel Erlaufsee, Mariazell'in merkezine 2 km uzaklıkta bir spor merkezinin yanında hizmet vermektedir. Spa alanı da mevcuttur. Good breakfast, friendly reception.

JUFA Hotel am Mariazell'e 3 km mesafede yer alan Sigmundsberg, büyük bir kapalı yüzme havuzu, bovling salonları, kızak pisti ve teraslı geniş bir bahçe sunmaktadır. I like the location in quite part of the village. Great family hotel very kind people, great breakfast.
