Overlooking the Danube River, this 4-star hotel occupies a 17th-century monastery in the historic Old Town of Hainburg. A sauna, a steam bath, and an infrared cabin can be used free of charge. Reception really friendly. Rooms are big and quite. 9 km away from Bratislava city center (10 mins driving). 40 mins away by train (the train station is across the hotel) to Vienna city center. Restaurant had good quality food (breakfast was generous and the a la carte was also good). Free parking.

Only 130 metres from the Archaeological Park Carnuntum, the Hotel Marc Aurel is located in the village of Petronell. It features a restaurant with a garden terrace and free Wi-Fi. Everything was clean, the staff is really nice, the food was yummy, really good value for money. We’ll come back for sure.

NH Vienna Airport Conference Center is conveniently located directly across from the arrivals hall at Vienna International Airport, making it an ideal choice for late arrivals or early departures. The answer about the fitness center is wrong. I did not use the fitness center. The hotel is EXCELLENT

Offering a children's playground and views of the garden, Hotel Restaurant Stöckl is a 3-star superior hotel, situated in Bad Deutsch Altenburg, 40 km from Vienna. Close to the Danube bike trail. Charming hostess. Little hiccup with air conditioning at the beginning but host made it right. Roman ruins nearby very interesting. Recommend.

Gasthof zum Goldenen Anker occupies a 400-years old historic building next to the Danube River and the medieval city wall and a 3-minute walk from the Old Town of Hainburg. Charming hotel with so much character and really beautiful bedroom, with gorgeous antique furniture. The staff were all so friendly and welcoming and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and check we had everything we needed.

Hotel Restaurant FIDI enjoys a quiet location in Wolfsthal, a 15-minute drive from the centre of Bratislava. It offers Austrian cuisine, free WiFi, and free parking. Nice and spacious restaurant and clean rooms. I was the last person at the morning in the hotel, as everybody left it very early. And staff was waiting for me all the time so I had breakfast, which had a variety of meals and very good quality. Didn't have a chance to thank them. So if you read this, thank you very much! :)

Just 9 km from Vienna Airport and Vienna’s city centre, this family-run hotel is located in the centre of Schwechat. It offers free limited parking and free WiFi access. Hotel is at a very convenient place. There are lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Also bus stop just right outside the door. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. We have travelled on business purposes. We needed to stay for 1 night nearby Vienna so the place was more than enough. We even went for a nice evening walk around the area. Definitely a great place to stay.
