This was possibly the best hotel we have ever stayed at. The staff were really helpful and the facilities were excellent. They had a Finnish sauna which was actually pretty close to the real thing. A dip in the roof top pool before breakfast is highly recommended!

Everything is perfectly designed and combined with the modern age. The staff is very kind, very professional, and I would especially single out Anja, Romano and Timo from the reception, Zoran from the Spa center and the younger guy from the restaurant ( during breakfast time). We are definitely coming again in January.

We had a pool bag with towels, there’s also eco friendly Shampoo and body lotion. There’s a small terrace to drink coffee/ to eat. The breakfast was very good and with big variety of food. You can also order omelettes/boiled eggs/ scrambled eggs/pancakes/porridge from the kitchen. The stuff we’re very friendly. The swimming pool has amazing view (indoor and outdoor) and there’s also sauna area with wet and dry Finnish sauna.

He gave us lot of useful tips on trekking and walks to do in the surroundings and we were amazed by the beautiful landscape we discovered at Hohe Tauern national park. The apartment was comfortable and well equipped. The terrace was huge and with great views over the mountains. If you are looking for a great stay in Mallnitz here you will find what you are looking for! Highly recommended!

We had a terrific stay in this brand new hotel! Would love to come again. In summary: beautiful views, great apartment with amenities, our family of four had a a lot of fun in the pool. Picture-perfect wellness area. And last but not least, the hotel is located in the beautiful surroundings of Nationalpark Hohe Tauern, with various beautiful walking and cycling trails nearby. Next to the hotel is a ski lift and the nice city of Rauris is within walking distance.

The location is perfect, ski in, ski out and very close to ski school for the kids. Plenty for the kids to do. The added touch of the trampolines and the children’s area with arcade games and pool table was a great addition this year. Food is amazing!

All the spa facilities are great. The panorama spa which is only for hotel guests is amazing, with breathtaking view. The sauna sessions which are in every hour were great, the sauna guy was also very funny. The view from everywhere (room, spa, restaurant, bar) is amazing, you can see the beautiful mountains (if there is no cloud), basically you don't need to go anywhere to enjoy this amazing view. The food selection for breakfast and dinner is huge. There are much more healthy options than other hotels I've been before. There was every day a different theme (Asian, Italian, seafood etc.) that made the dining more interesting. One of the waiters called Marek from Slovakia was super friendly and polite.
