Set in Oberdrauburg, 44 km from Roman Museum Teurnia, Boutiquehotel Lindenhof offers accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a terrace and a restaurant. Everything was excellent. The room, the service and food. The Hosts were excellent. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

The Almgasthof Fichtenheim is located at 1,800 metres above sea level on the Emberger Alm mountain pasture, high above Carinthia’s Drau Valley. Wolfgang and Conny are great hosts. Breakfast with the morning view over the valley is awesome. And for me as a hang glider pilot, Wolfgang's knowledge of the local weather is a great plus.

Gasthof Post is located on the medieval market square of Oberdrauburg in Carinthia’s Drau Valley. It features a traditional restaurant and offers free Wi-Fi in public areas. Good location on the Drauradweg, very good safe parking for bicycles, good-sized room and breakfast with enough choice

Located at 1.800 metres, the Sattleggers Alpenhof near Carinthian Greifenburg offers an ideal location for amateur astronomers, featuring 2 observatories. Angelika is wonderful, she is paying attention to every guest and makes sure that everyone is tended to. The whole staff is very helpful and kind. The place is quiet, the view from there is beautiful, the air is clean and fresh. The room was clean, it was tidied every day. You can ask for packed breakfast if you want to head out earlier than breakfast time in the morning - take a thermos so you can get tea/coffee to go as well! There is a shoe dryer room, it is very handy when you come back from a rainy trip, your shoes can dry during the night. Greifenburg has banks and grocery stores if you need anything. For a summer trip, Großglockner, Pressegger see strandbad, Weißensee, Garnitzenklamm are close by car, it is possible to visit many locations during your stay, but you can go on hiking trips by foot from the accomodation as well, for example to Zwei Seen/Einsee/Hochtriste etc. If you don't know what to do in the morning, you can read the morgen post provided by the hosts, where they recommend a program for each day, sometimes it is a tour option with them, sometimes it is a place near by car to visit. They also provide information about the special activities near the place. Even though there was no option to book with dinner included, upon arrival they show you your own table where you will be spending breakfast to offer the chance to have dinner as well - you can choose from either the á la carte menu or the daily menu. The daily menu is provided every day at breakfast time to choose for the evening. The food was really good and sufficient amount. Breakfast is diverse, you can surely find the things you like.

Hotel Berghof is right next to the Drautal-Berg 9-hole golf course and is run by two enthusiastic Dutch owners. Clean , great views, comfortable , great hostess , good location
