Excellent customer experience, would love to go back to them!

Located in Prägraten, Der Ortnerhof - Hotel & Reiterhof has a garden, terrace, restaurant, and free WiFi throughout the property. We loved our staying in Ortnerhof! Family of 6 + 1 additional guest may comfortably accommodate in a 3 bedroom suite. It has 3 (3!!!) new bathrooms which is super convenient for a big family. Super clean kitchen with all new cutleries. We were able to cook lunch for the whole family- the kitchen is equipped with everything. Nice breakfast with cheeses, cereals, smoked salmon, variety of delicious breads and a la cart eggs. During our staying the dinner was always different, from meat to fish, amazing deserts, kids loved the pizza and fries, we got it even though it’s not in the menu. The slope for the kids is 2 mins drive from the hotel. But why we loved it more than any 5 stars hotel we used to stay is the people. Helga did her best to provide us with a Christmas tree, she was always available for our questions and requests. Thank you Ortnerhof!!!❤️ We would love to come back to Ortnerhof next year! Loved it!
