The location of the hotel was convenient as it is only a 6 minute walk to the metro and walking distance to many Vienna hotspots. The room was spacious and had a large bed. The hotel overall gave me the impression that it cares about safety, accessibility and being environmentally friendly. The hotel also had a sauna which we really enjoyed after a windy day. The bar on the roof terrace, which was open until 1am, was a nice place to end the day with a drink. Overall, I was very satisfied and will be back. I have already recommended this hotel to my friends. Well done to everyone involved in the running of the hotel.

Set in Vienna, Superbude Hotel Hostel Wien Prater features a roof terrace. The property is situated 100 metres from Messe Wien. We upgraded room and payed €10 extra per night. When we arrived, our room was on 1st floor with view on construction site. Lady on reception accepted our complaint, offered us some other 6th floor room with actually nice view and even cheaper per night. She couldn't refund €30 difference so we got offered breakfast for two (€21+21) with no additional payments. We liked this very much. Thanks
