The family-run Ursprungs Panorama Hotel offers breathtaking mountain views and a sunny location in Almdorf Königsleiten, next to the cable car station providing access to the Zillertal Arena ski area.... Perfect location, spacious room, friendly and helpful staff, private parking area under hotel only 5 eur/day, fresh air, excellent food - we took breakfast and dinner there so it was really tasty, fresh and various everyday. Room were cleaned everyday and all the hotel facilities looks excellent clean. There is SPA with great swimming pool, Sauna and other relaxing things. You get extra towels to use at a SPA. For extra fee you can enjoy massage. Hotel is located in a very nice mountain area 1600 m above sea level and you can feel fresh air everywhere. That is the reason why they do not have air conditioning. It was really hot in a daytime, but after dinner it gets quite cold to sit outside only with t-shirt. It takes 1 min by walk to go to the cablebus/lift to get to the top of the mountain where you can enjoy great views and have a break with drinks and food at the restaurant. You get a free card for cablebus/lift everyday if you ask for it at the reception. Also the staff knows about attractions in the area and can help to plan your day with activities around. We highly recommend this place!

Our stay in this hotel was absolutely wonderful! We spent there the New Year and also our anniversary, and we couldn't have done better! This place has everything, rooms are perfect, modern, spacious, with amazing views. Tha spa area is also perfect and the breakfasts are delicious and rich. The whole hotel area is really quiet and perfect designed. It's really close to Zillertal Arena (1 minute by car) which is perfect if you want to ski. Owners and the whole staff are super nice and helpfull! We have certainly not been here for the last time.

This has been one of our best traveling experiences. The location is absoutely amazing with the most beautiful view from the hotel. Rooms were perfectly clean and comfortable, the hotel serves very tasty food and the staff is lovely. We truly hope to be back!

It's on a road with a fair amount of traffic, but it's not bad as it gets pretty quiet at night. The apartment we stayed in had good views of the mountains and a balcony where you could relax. It was well equipped with utensils, plates, glasses etc. and all the rooms had attached bathrooms. The host was very friendly and helpful.

The farm animals in the barn are gorgeous and fabulous to visit. A multitude of ski touring and winter walking can be done directly from the door. A free ski bus to Zillertal Arena stops at the start of the driveway several times a day which is great if driving conditions are dicey!

We spent a wonderful New Year's week at this hotel. The staff is very attentive and polite. We arrived late and upon request they kindly brought dinner to our room. The room was large and warm. The spa area is small but very clean. Breakfasts were varied. The dinners were very tasty and beautifully presented. The waterfall and the park around it are beautiful. Zillertal Arena is a wonderful ski area.

The ski bus stop is just next to the door. But it brings to the only one mountain of Zillertal area. If you want to ski in all Zillertal arena mountains, either you go by car there, either you travel on skiis through the mountains. The owner speaks english well.

Storage for skis and ski boots inte the basement, and the Dorfbahn is a 1 minute walk from the entrance to the ski storage. Cozy bar/restaurant in connection to the hotel. Tried out the spa in connection to the hotel.
