Featuring a bar and views of mountain, Kingston hotel Motel is located in Kingston, 1.4 km from Kingston Beach. Total surprise. The room was very large, comfortable and spotless clean, and so quiet especially with the location. Beautiful view of the mountains, close to everything especially the beach. Total fantastic. The food at the hotel is affordable and great. Also, the meals are very filling be prepared to eat too much. Had a fantastic weekend there.

Set in Port Huon, 44 km from Kingborough Sports Centre, Kermandie Hotel offers accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a shared lounge and a terrace. Wow. First of all it wasn’t the plan to book this property because it was far from where we were. Anyway, after discussion with the owner we decided to come and it was the best bet. Really good place, cozy and the scenery is really nice around the fire to get warmer Good rooms and kitchen, we had an awesome dinner.

We loved the antique, yet comfy bed, the large bath tub, the wood fire & the delicious breakfast that the lovely owner made for us. She also provided informative information on the platypus who live in the local creek. Unfortunately we couldn’t wait for Mr Platypus, so I bought a post card of a platypus photo! Well done to the owner of Bears Went over the Mountain! We were in room 2 on 26.11.22.

Situated in Dover, 1.3 km from Kent Beach, Ocean View Cottages in Dover, Far South Tasmania features air-conditioned accommodation and a garden. Amazing and understanding hosts, we were able to check in early due to a family emergency. The place we stayed in was clean, presentable and had a sea view. The beds and pillows were great and facilities were easily accessible.

Set on 12 acres, Herons Rise Vineyard Accommodation offers 2 free-standing, self-contained cottages, located in Kettering. Each cottage boasts either sea or garden views. Breakfast was delicious with provisions provided more than enough for the time we were there and included cereals, fresh eggs from the chickens, the biggest and tastiest mushrooms and best sourdough bread.
