Die Lorhiti Apartments auf der Insel Lord Howe bieten kostenfreies WLAN, 2 Pavillons im Freien und einen eigenen Zugang zum Strand Ned's Beach. Great location, apartment was spotless and spacious with very comfy bed. Had everything you could require for short or long term stay. Grounds were kept immaculate, lovely outdoor areas for relaxing including bbq.

Die Unterkunft The Broken Banyan ist gelegen in Lord Howe, 900 m von Strand Ned's Beach und 1,1 km von Strand Lagoon Beach, in einer Gegend mit Möglichkeiten zum Wandern. Das Appartement hat eine Küche, ich konnte meine veganen Mahlzeiten selbst zubereiten. Barbara holt jeden ihrer Gäste selbst am Flughafen ab und bringt sie auch wieder. Geht ja gar nicht anders, da die Insel weder Taxis noch einen anderen Transportverkehr anbietet. Der Duschkopf hat einen Wasserspar-Sprühkopf, es gibt Fliegengitter.

Die Somerset Apartments bieten mehrere Unterkünfte auf der Lord-Howe-Insel zwischen dem Strand Neds Beach und der Lagune. First of all, Lord Howe Island is one of the most beautiful destinations we have ever encountered, and the Somerset Apartments were a wonderful place to stay while enjoying the island. We visited the museum, and went scuba diving, bird watching, and hiking. The apartments are basic, and ours had a small kitchenette with a microwave and refrigerator, which allowed us to cook small meals. The apartments are very conveniently located, midway and a short walk to both Ned's and Lagoon beaches. There is only one restaurant nearby, but there are two small grocery stores that had some small pre-made meals for the microwave or burgers. There is homemade ice-cream at the post office, and a food truck at Ned's beach when we were there. For slightly more distant restaurants, a shuttle for pickup can be arranged. We had to cancel our first night because the weather delayed our plane, but we were aware of the 8 week cancellation policy, and the management provided us a letter for reimbursement from our travel insurance. We hope one day we can go back!
