The hotel is located in the center of a charming, peaceful village. The room was big and clean, breakfast very tasty although repeated every day. The restaurant serves delicious dishes prepared with care and heart. There is a river not far from the hotel. The place is a good base for exploring the Ardennes region. We had a very nice time here.

Auberge Le Temps des Saveurs lies in the quaint village of Paliseul, right at the village’s central square. It features an in-house restaurant and offers rooms with flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi. We spent just one night over there, but we enjoyed so much. The owner was so friendly, so polite, so hospitable. We stayed on the top floor in the room under the roof. The interior is so attractive and a bathroom is spacious and very clean. Room was cozy and tidy. Breakfast was amazing and full of various food. We would definitely recommend that hotel. Hope to visit again and enjoy one more time.

Nestled in the beautiful countryside of Paliseul, this small hotel and restaurant offers a picturesque setting for activity filled holidays. Fantastic room, freshly decorated and so comfortable and stylish! The restaurant is superb, wonderful cooking and a great Pris Fixe offer.

Hotel Panorama is set on the hillside overlooking Bouillon and the Semois River. It offers free Wi-Fi in the public areas and spacious rooms with picturesque views over the valley. Hotel has a spectacular view of the old castle in Boullion. I wish I knew more about it. The Hotel sits on top of a ridge overlooking Boullion and the Semois River. It has a great terrace which is where I ate dinner. I got there late, but the staff was able to put together a rather nice meal for me. this Hotel is where German General Heinz Guderian stayed the night before the Meuse River Crossings at Sedan on May 13, 1940 which changed world history.

Hotel La Ferronniere is a 19th-century mansion overlooking the town of Godfried just 500 metres from the centre of Bouillon. It offers rooms with free WiFi and a à la carte restaurant. Very nice hotel, beautiful rooms and friendly staff. Dinner was good and the chef was flexible to create a nice meal without meat.
