It features big rooms with comfortable beds and a pretty good restaurant. We've been more than once here and definitely stay whenever in the area.

It was one night stay while visiting the fortress in Belogradchik (thought Montana was a better and bigger town for my stay). The hotel is modern and spacious, the staff was kind and helpful with all my requests/questions. The breakfast is simple but enough and good. They also have parking space if you’re driving yourself and are conveniently located in the heart of the city - there is a supermarket walking distance, couple of options for restaurants, even money exchange nearby. Just don’t expect people to speak much English since it’s a much smaller town than Sofia.

We had an extremely comfortable bed and a very nice balcony with table and two chairs, and heaps of space to sit and in room and to put things. The location is marvellous, right near the centre of town which is just a short walk away. The restaurant located in the hotel courtyard serves an excellent breakfast as well as other meals, and is quite popular with the local people. It is a beautiful area with plants, vines, flowers and a water feature so it is a joy to sit there and enjoy a meal and to relax. It is a lovely little town and we thoroughly enjoyed our one week stay there. The staff are wonderful and extremely helpful. The scenery all around the area is too beautiful.

I was in the area to visit the Buzludzha Monument, and this hotel is right at the top of Shipka Pass, which means it was right at the start of one of the two roads up to the monument. I was there between seasons, and the proprietor basically opened up just for me, had a nice room waiting with a heater, and made me a lovely bowl of soup. Looks like this place would be super fun during trekking season, with a bar restaurant and game room, huge wood burning stove and pool table. Great off the beaten track experience, would stay here again in a heartbeat.
