The receptionist was very considerate because of few factors. First, our luggage was delayed from our connecting flight. She helped with few options to contact airport and arraignment to deliver our luggage to hotel. They upgraded us to the suite and then we booked another room at great price. Second, the staff at the hotel restaurant was very attentive and helpful. The food exceptionally delicious. The spa great. Location and area very pleasant. We were there mid September. Great stay.

Surrounded by green woods, the Elina Hotel enjoys a quiet location in Pamporovo, near а bus stop and Ski Center 1. Amasing place next to the ski slope (about 10 minutes of walking). This ski slope is the longest in Europe. The spa facilities are great, you will appreciate it after a day of skiing.

Surrounded by pine forests in the heart of the Rodophy Mountains, Hotel Bellevue Ski & SPA features free WiFi and a sports center with an indoor swimming pool. Wonderful people work there. Everyone is very hospitable and welcoming. They gave us a free upgrade and even baked us a some local pie. Wonderful place, thank you very much.
