Very nice and helpful staff. We had a spacious and comfortable room, with a big comfortable bed, large bathroom, nice view, everything was very clean. Breakfast was really good. Overall the restaurant is very good.

Surrounded by green woods, the Elina Hotel enjoys a quiet location in Pamporovo, near а bus stop and Ski Center 1. It was quiet and clean. The pool and the sauna was a reason why we choose this hotel and it was great. The water in the pool was at a good temperature for adults and children.

The location and the view are great. Hosts were exceptionlally friendly and kind. The room was very big and comfortable and with all the necessary furniture.

The hotel is located in a beautiful mountain area 5-6 km away from the ski slopes of Pamplovo. The hotel is newly renovated and belongs to a cooperative. The room is small but comfortable and warm. Breakfast is quite varied and the staff is friendly. Even if not all of them speak English they try to help. Lunch and dinner are available. I recommend a traditional Rhodopi dish "Patatnik" a very good combination of potatoes, onions, eggs, cheese and butter. The food is served hot and cold yoghurt can be added. The hotel has a spa area with swimming pool, sauna, etc.

Family Hotel Shoky boasts a ski school and ski equipment hire just 500 metres from the centre of Chepelare. There is also a Bulgarian restaurant, free WiFi and rooms with cable TV. Lovely staff and really flexible. Would highly recommend Shoky for hiking and skiing in the region!
