Really good value for money, it was super clean, beds were comfortable, good location, close enough to hikes and restaurants (300-500metre walk). Don't have to deal with reception as it's a private apartment. Also really easy to communicate with owners in English. Thank you!

It's a family run business and they were very polite, the young staff member spoke perfect English, food for dinner and breakfast was homemade and delicious, the room was spacious with a very comfortable bed, shower had a curtain which was helpful in the Bulgarian style showers,it was all clean and the location is superb,2 minutes car ride from rila monastery and the landscape and surrounds are calm, green and beautiful

"Park Hotel Ela", located in the picturesque resort of Borovets, is 164 feet from the gondola elevator and offers luxurious amenities including a sauna, steam bath and massage treatments. Everything was great. The breakfast, the dinner. The room was cosy and very clean. Great spa area and a room to leave your ski equipment. Also, there is a dedicated parking space which is very good You have the option to sign up for a massage which I highly recommend. Also the ski lift is very close to the hotel. The stuff of the hotel are very polite and helpful.

We loved everything about this hotel. The facilities were amazing. The staff were so friendly. They looked after us so well. The facilities are excellent with swimming pool, steam room & sauna. We actually missed our booking as we got lost on the Rila Mountains (long story), the hotel called us to make sure we were ok and allowed us to stay the next night. This is an incredible hotel.

In the cool of the morning we had a tasty, and ample, breakfast served to us in the charming dining room. Wonderful proprietor, Villy, has a calm demeanor, and professional but low key operation. The Hotel & Restaurant are located in a beautiful area in the middle of the Rila Mountains, a short drive from the UNESCO Heritage monastery we well as many other sites and attractions. The staff were very kind and helped us sign in ahead of time. The food was local, homemade and delicious - also very healthy with many vegetables and salads!

Good location in the pine forest on the outskirts of Borovets. Excellent breakfast and dinner selection on the buffet. Convenient free bus shuttle transport to the ski slopes and back. Decent size of the swimming pool with view of the surrounding area, and very pleasant and comfortable spa facilities. The staff are helpful when you need something. Highly recommended.

Great hotel surrounded by old pine trees, in a perfect location in Borovets. Pool was amazing and we very much enjoyed the lounge with the fireplace. Our room was a marvelous, spacious suite with comfy beds and we had our own balcony! Breakfast was very good! We will sure be back for more days!
