We would like to thank bellboy Slavche for his attentiveness, ski depot employee Borislav, who kept all ski equipment in perfect condition, receptionists Cvety and Iliyana for their responsiveness and friendliness, restaurant manager Sonya for her smile and good mood. You all made our vacation. We will definitely come back and recommend this hotel to friends and acquaintances.
