Easy to find, close to everything, friendly owners, complimentary bottle of wine at check in as part of their Fall Promotion. For breakfast they served oven baked Apple Pancakes, made fresh that morning. Definitely the best breakfast we have ever had at a B&B. 6 stars.

Gorgeous property with an excellent location! It's a waterfront property with its own dock and two kayaks, my kid and I paddled to the island more than a hundred meters away, a wonderful experience. it's next to the Bell museum, where I have learned a lot about the renowned figure and his times. less than 5 minutes walk to the pier. The staff Carl is super helpful and more than 100% patient and responsible. Carl always gives help more than expected. Having breakfast at the back door patio while watching the great view is enjoyable. btw, many books in the lobby, and some introduce local history. Great stay!

I loved that this property had a separate bedroom as I usually am awake much earlier than my husband so I could make coffee in the morning without waking him. It was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. There is a beautiful view from the bedroom window.
