The room was very nice and was perfect for our family of four. Appreciated the nespresso machine in the room and the coffee and hot chocolate in the lobby. The heated garage and driveway were very nice as well.

Absolutely stunning. The front lobby has a huge roaring fire and such a stunning place to sit and relax after coming in from the cold. The heated rooftop pools are amazing with the best views of the mountains. The hotel rooms are so cosy and clean. The Italian restaurant downstairs is very tasty. There is free bread that you can grill yourself when ordering food which is a gorgeous touch. Very tasty. All round stunning hotel would highly highly recommend.

This Banff hotel is located on the slopes of Tunnel Mountain, within a 20 minute walk of downtown. Each room offers a wood fireplace and private bathroom. Loved everything about staying here. Room was beautiful and the log fire is such a fantastic touch. amazing views surrounding the hotel, even had some deer cone to visit us. It was pet friendly so we could include our lovely doggie in our stay. Friendly and caring staff. Would love to come back and stay again.

Big clean rooms, great facilities pool, gym,hot tub and parking, nice friendly staff. Arrived early and allowed to check in early to one of the rooms. Great location, lots of restaurants on this street.

The heated free parking lot is excellent, a luggage trolley is readily available, it has a lot of garbage bin, and the elevator is in line with the parking lot floor. Fast and accommodating hotel check-in. Has a complimentary coffee area. The hotel room is spacious and tidy. Breakfast is superb; they made the dining hall roomier this time. Warm staff. Cheapest hotel with complimentary breakfast, worth the money.

I absolutely love everything! From the friendly staff at the reception during check in to the staff i spoke over the phone during check out time made our experience smooth and hassle free. The location is superb! The cleanliness of the room is exceptional. I super love their bed. The whole experience was great i will recommend this to my friends and would definitely come back.
