Situated in Grindelwald, 2 km from Grindelwald Terminal, Bergwelt Grindelwald - Alpine Design Resort features accommodation with a garden, private parking, a terrace and a restaurant. Amazing buffet breakfast, everything you could possibly want! Location was great also, just a few mins walk from station! Staff were all so friendly and lovely! Outdoor jacuzzi was absolutely amazing! Couldn't recommend enough!

This family-owned hotel is quietly situated in Interlaken, 200 metres from the Interlaken West Station. Free Wi-Fi access and free parking are offered. We went there on August 2022. The ower was very nice. She explained everything about interlaken that we need to known including recomended local restuarants. They also provided the interlaken traveling bus/train card covering all the days that we stayed there but mostly i think traveller would have swiss pass already. The hotel not quite far from the main station and breakfast very nice. They have elevator in the hotel so no worry for large luggages. Althoug they did not have an airconditioner, it was okay with the fan in the night. The weather was not bad at night, it was about 25 degree or less in August.

It's a bit away from the Interlaken Ost but the bus runs every 30 minutes to take you to and from the train station. The hotel is very close to the bus stop and after you get off the bus, it's quite easy to find the hotel as well. The view from the balcony of the room was amazing. The staff was friendly and helpful. I'll definitely stay here again if I ever return to the Interlaken area.

The best part was the view of the waterfall and mountains. I had an incredible and unforgettable stay. This was one of my favorite hotels and places ever.

Such a wonderful place. We felt very welcome the moment we walked in and were greeted with a glass of prosecco and huge smiles. Hosts were very attentive to our needs and went the extra mile in not only helping figure out a good hike, but also dropped us at the trail head after breakfast! Speaking of breakfast.... Best coffee we have had in a long time. Breakfast was lovely ..it included home made bread, croissant, a yogurt-oatmeal mix with blueberries that was delicious, and the usual cheese and sliced ham combo. All in all, very satisfying and a good start to an all day 20km up and down hike. The room was huge, and the bed was wonderfully comfortable. No TV , but who needs one ? There's a lovely family room/lounge area where you can relax and take advantage of the wine and beer on offer. It's a perfect place to relax and recharge after hiking; or just to stay and be chill. Well done.
