Very nice staff. It was like a quintessential old fashioned stay at the Le Grand Chalet. Loved the idea of the evening news and a chocolate. Food is awesome and a must try. Fantastic Property. Central location 5 minutes from train station and main street shops and restaurants. Staff is amazing and friendly, meals at restaurants on property were phenomenal. Half Board option for hotel guests was a great touch - four course menu that changes nightly and keeps things fresh. Beautiful amenities as well - spa and indoor pool were very nice. Would stay again in a heart beat if returning to Gstaad.

My trip to Europe was 20 day, stayed in 6 hotels, this was absolutely the best one. Very clean and huge space, amazing Mountain View, excellent breakfast, very quiet, parking lot available for free. close to downtown.
