The bed is comfortable and the facilities are adequate. The breakfast included are great too. The hotel is on the main street but the entrance is a bit difficult to find. I walked pass it the first time without noticing it.

Enkel, men god frokost med deilig hjemmebakt focaccia. Hyggelig stemning og spesielt koselig med gjøkur på veggen. Spiste en middag på hotellets restaurant og maten var helt fortreffelig. Veldig dyktig kokk. Rå utsikt fra rommet med utsikt til Matterhorn. Bodde i den nye delen av hotellet, rene rom og god plass. Kort vei til bussen for å komme til slalombakken eller om man ville gå til den innvendige taubanen som tar deg til Sunnegga. Personalet var behjelpelig med det meste, også med å bestille togbilletter eller anbefale restauranter.

Cozy, great location, quality at all levels, from staff to the food and service! Warm, welcoming, plus we had a room with a spectacular view, the restaurant as well, the direct access to the ski room was a plus! Hotel Ambassador was excellent with a stunning view of the Matterhorn and incredibly close to the train station it was easy to get to. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful always willing to help as needed. The room while small had all needed amenities and kept a lovely cabin feel! The new Carbon restaurant is a must try the food was beyond excellent and the staff in the restaurant were fantastic.

breakfast, room and location are a great plus. Their staff are very friendly and eager to help. I have never seen all senior staff of a hotel so dedicated to the success of the hotel by going above & beyond for customers. As for Sauna, they open from morning till 20:30 hours while competitor only starts from afternoon till 20:00 hours. The design of everything close to the pool makes it easier for customers to access compared to competitor. They have a nice car design to pick up customers. Although I did not get a horse ride from them, the horse carriage in blue is nicely designed with extra trailer for baggage. The front entrance of the hotel is grand and great marketing plus for people in Zermatt. They also have a nice outdoor patio for afternoon drinks.

nice view! Services are all good. We don’t need to worry about anything. The whole journey from Täsch parking space to the lobby is very smooth and very planned. restaurant Alexandra tastes good too. The room has a large shared balcony where I can directly photo a starry night.
