Mountain Paradise in Zermatt has a sauna and a steam room. Quiet surroundings and views of the Matterhorn Mountain can be enjoyed at the property which is located in the Winkelmatten suburb. The View is simply outstanding, i really dont think any other place in Zermatt has the View that this hotel has. The staff is incredibly friendly and always willing to help. Breakfast was fantastic with a wide variety of food and options. Would definitely recommend and come back to Mountain Paradise hotel.

Offering stylishly furnished rooms with balconies and coffee machines and free Wi-Fi, the Testa Grigia hotel has been completely renovated in 2010. The room is large and brightly lit. The bed is comfortable and the facilities are adequate. The breakfast included are great too. The hotel is on the main street but the entrance is a bit difficult to find. I walked pass it the first time without noticing it.

I got upgrade to a bigger apartment room with balcony at free. Room size is very big, all room facilities are perfect. Location is close to the bridge where taking photos of Matterhorn is perfect. Staff are very nice and helpful. Pick up service is excellent too.

The family-run Bristol hotel is located in a central yet quiet location in Zermatt, between the train station and the Klein Matterhorn cable car. It offers a spa area and free WiFi in all areas. We stayed here for two nights and we liked everything! The bathroom was clean. The bedroom was very spacious, the bed was wide and comfortable with 6 pillows. We had a balcony from where you can have coffee from with the view of the Matterhorn. The breakfast was SPECTACULAR with lots of variety! The receptionist was kind and helpful. The hotel lets us borrow powerbanks. The Matterhorn Glacier Palace gondola lift was a walking distance from the hotel. My husband and I enjoyed the hotel spa and sauna. When we checked-out, the hotel arranged transport to train station for no additional cost.

The place is superb, the service, breakfasts in the dining room and dinners in the cellar restaurant were just perfect and to my liking. Rooms are cozy, quite stylish and convenient. Wi-Fi is around 300 Mb/s. You want top-notch accommodation for a reasonable price? Stay there.

Great location close to the train station. Nice view of the Matterhorn. For the money paid, it was much better than expected - clean, comfortable, well laid out, nice looking, The staff were great, very personable, fun, and helpful. Filippos (sorry not sure on spelling) was fantastic. We also all loved the breakfast, so many selections and enjoyed everything we ate and again the staff was very attentive and helpful. I’m rarely wowed by a hotel, but we all were with the Ambassador.
