Credo sia uno dei posti più belli che io abbia mai visto! La struttura si raggiunge percorrendo circa 3 km di strada non asfaltata ma percorribile e all'arrivo le aspettative non saranno deluse! Un bosco meraviglioso, le camere bellissime, letti comodi e colazione super! Abbiamo anche provato il ristorante ottimo anche quello! Anche i servizi della spa veramente meritevoli! Il personale è giovane, entusiasta e molto professionale! Assolutamente da provare!! Bravi continuate così

The location was beautiful! We had an amazing view of Lago Villarrica from our apartment! Breakfast was brought to us every day and it was very generous! The staff was extremely friendly and responsive - everything was perfect and we had a lovely stay - great value, too! The whole property is well kept inside and out. Very clean and comfortable !

The Hostress is really nice and she gave up an upgrade of the room for free because of that the original room that we reserved was not clean up ready when we arrived early to the hotel. Love the breakfast which is quite delicious.
