Featuring a bar and views of city, Santa Cruz Boutique Hotel is located in Mindelo, 1.2 km from Praia Da Laginha. A hot tub and a car rental service are available for guests. Everything was perfect! This is one of the best hotels in Mindelo, in my opinion (and I've stayed at many of them). The rooms are just perfect: comfortable beds, good pillows, air-conditioning, good water pressure, hot water, blackout curtains, minibar with reasonable prices... The staff is very friendly and attentive. The breakfast (vegan on request) was amazing. Best breakfast I've had in Cape Verde. Very central location, within walking distance from most areas you'd want to visit during your stay. And I saved the best for last: a rooftop terrace with a jacuzzi with a view on Monte Cara. This hotel is a great addition to Mindelo. We immediately booked our next stay.

Located within less than 1 km of Diogo Alfonso Statue and 11 km of Monte Verde Natural Park, Casa da Djedja offers rooms in Mindelo. We had a wonderful time at Casa da Djedja. Our room and the rest of the hotel are decorated beautifully. We especially loved the backyard. But what really made our stay special were the incredible kind people. Patricia, Jessica, Marco and the other ladies we met were incredibly kind, attentive and helped us with the organization of transportation, reservations and the tour of the island.

Kira's Boutique Hotel is located in Mindelo. For a fee, Wi-Fi access is available in all areas. Free public parking is possible at a location nearby. Such a lovely place with friendly staff! They all made me feel like I was at home! Amazing breakfast and facilities! I 100% recommend this Hotel and will definitely return.

Let me start by saying it has a great location at the Marina, with modern facilities. Everything is within walking distance. The ferry is across the street if you want to visit Santo Antao. If you want to go to Baia, Santo Pedro, or Cahau, you can rent a car for a day or take a taxi—there are many ways to get around. You feel safe here, and security is 24/7. Front desk: Very welcoming. Lauren was very professional and very helpful. Thank you, Lauren, for accommodating us. The room had a great view—Liz Melicilo was exceptional. She was very professional, friendly, courteous, and helpful. I can't forget the one who did my checkout—thank you! Rooms: The room was lovely, comfortable, and very clean. Its interior design is thoughtful, beautiful, and cozy. It was very spacious for us and had stunning views. Valina( from Spia) was pleasant and kept our room spotless. We had a problem with the air conditioner, but it was immediately fixed. Suggestion: A coffee maker/tea condiments in the room. Breakfast: A full continental breakfast buffet style (cachupa, scramble, fried, and boiled eggs, bread/toast, cereals, fruits, ham, cheese, yogurt, etc.).The team (Suzi, Leila, Raquel, and the one with the glasses) are friendly, pleasant, and professional. They kept everything clean and worked well together. Suzi makes an excellent coffee. Restaurant: The drinks were great, and the food was good. It offered a good menu and service with terrace seating. The waitresses are amiable (especially the one who accommodated my extended family with table sitting on my last night; I know your boss gave you a hard time (I noticed it), but you kept your head up and didn't let it bother you- Thank you for all you did. I know how hard you ladies worked. Suggestion: Extending the Bar hours, especially on Friday and Saturday. Pool: Stunning views.

Situated in Mindelo, a few steps from Praia Da Laginha, Luna Boutique Hotel offers beachfront accommodation and various facilities, such as a garden. We had a wonderful stay at Luna for a week. It's a perfect place to explore Mindelo. It's quiet because not fully in the center yet very close to the beach. The absolute highlight for us was the staff that cared extremely well for us while my wife was a bit sick -- it feels so good in those moment to be around nice and caring people. We will always come back to Luna if we get to Mindelo.

Friendly lady at the reception but also during breakfast. I ate a very good cachupa, served with 2 eggs above. We also appreciate that our delay of one day at arrival was not charged, due to the LUXAIR which couldn’t land at Mindelo airport in time.

Wonderful stay! The hotel has an amazing architecture. We went in December, so it was super quiet. Steven and the rest of the staff were absolutely fantastic! They organized our stuff and luggage during room service! Expect African sightseeing views. The beach is 1 minute away and one of the best we visited - don’t forget to have a drink at the turtle bar, play some football with the fishermen, and to swim with the turtles!

Offering a restaurant, Casa Café Mindelo is located in Mindelo. Free WiFi access is available. Each room here will provide you with a minibar. There is also a refrigerator. The place is really cool, in an old colonial building, centrally located. 20 mins walk to the beach and 10 mins to the ferry harbor. The restaurant downstairs is open late with live music. But then it's very quiet when you sleep. It's right on the street too so that's pretty cool. And you have a nice breakfast there in the morning. Would definitely recommend.
