This is one of the best hotels in Mindelo, in my opinion (and I've stayed at many of them). The rooms are just perfect: comfortable beds, good pillows, air-conditioning, good water pressure, hot water, blackout curtains, minibar with reasonable prices... The staff is very friendly and attentive. The breakfast (vegan on request) was amazing. Best breakfast I've had in Cape Verde. Very central location, within walking distance from most areas you'd want to visit during your stay. And I saved the best for last: a rooftop terrace with a jacuzzi with a view on Monte Cara. This hotel is a great addition to Mindelo. We immediately booked our next stay.

Our room and the rest of the hotel are decorated beautifully. We especially loved the backyard. But what really made our stay special were the incredible kind people. Patricia, Jessica, Marco and the other ladies we met were incredibly kind, attentive and helped us with the organization of transportation, reservations and the tour of the island.

Kira's Boutique Hotel is located in Mindelo. For a fee, Wi-Fi access is available in all areas. Free public parking is possible at a location nearby. Such a lovely place with friendly staff! They all made me feel like I was at home! Amazing breakfast and facilities! I 100% recommend this Hotel and will definitely return.

We had a wonderful stay at Luna for a week. It's a perfect place to explore Mindelo. It's quiet because not fully in the center yet very close to the beach. The absolute highlight for us was the staff that cared extremely well for us while my wife was a bit sick -- it feels so good in those moment to be around nice and caring people. We will always come back to Luna if we get to Mindelo.

Aquiles Eco Hotel is located in São Pedro. The property is 30 meters from the beach and 7 km from Mindelo. WiFi access is available. Each room here will provide you with a balcony. Wonderful stay! The hotel has an amazing architecture. We went in December, so it was super quiet. Steven and the rest of the staff were absolutely fantastic! They organized our stuff and luggage during room service! Expect African sightseeing views. The beach is 1 minute away and one of the best we visited - don’t forget to have a drink at the turtle bar, play some football with the fishermen, and to swim with the turtles!

Offering a restaurant, Casa Café Mindelo is located in Mindelo. Free WiFi access is available. Each room here will provide you with a minibar. There is also a refrigerator. The place is really cool, in an old colonial building, centrally located. 20 mins walk to the beach and 10 mins to the ferry harbor. The restaurant downstairs is open late with live music. But then it's very quiet when you sleep. It's right on the street too so that's pretty cool. And you have a nice breakfast there in the morning. Would definitely recommend.
