The interior design of the room was exceptional! Loved the view and the place itself! The breakfast was very good but nothing special.

It’s run by a lovely couple who really made us feel at home. the location was fantastic, the bedding was great, it was super clean, plus a lot of really nice touches that made the room really comfortable for example they lent us cushions and blankets for the Passion play. (if you borrow some yourself- please make sure to return them, so that other guest can enjoy this service in the future !

Dating back to 1612, this historic, family-run hotel in Oberammergau combines traditional and modern styles, offering rooms with WiFi and flat-screen TV. Excellent location! Right in the middle of Oberammergau near shops and restaurants. The free parking was convenient! We stayed in a studio and had plenty of room for our family of 4. It was nice to have a little refrigerator in our room. The restaurant down stairs was very good and we ate there once for dinner and in the mornings for breakfast. This is one of the best breakfasts I’ve had in Europe. They had eggs, bacons, fruit, cereals, breads, pastries, and much more. The staff was helpful and put us close to our family in a different studio. They were excellent at communicating when another room become open. I would highly recommend staying here!

Set in the heart of the picturesque Ettal valley in the Ammergau Alps, this country-style hotel enjoys a peaceful setting and offers views of Ettal Abbey. The room was lovely, nice view, good facilities, good comfortable bed. The staff were excellent, food in particular breakfast was great. Peaceful location. Would love to visit again.

Just a 2-minute walk from Oberammergau Train Station, this family-run hotel features a pretty terrace, a breakfast room and free on-site parking. It is great base for exploring the Bavarian Alps. Conveniently located, great value, very clean, staff was very nice, good breakfast. Herr Huber personally greeted us.

Hotel am Wiesenhang - Garni is located directly behind the spa park in the Bavarian spa town of Bad Kohlgrub. Guests can enjoy free use sauna. Very kind and accommodating staff; I arrived late and they let me have my own dinner in the breakfast room. Nice size, cozy and modern bedroom with big balcony looking onto the mountain. I'd stay again!
