The hotel exceeded our expectations! the staff is very friendly and welcoming, the room is clean, there is everything you need from towels to dishes. The breakfast is delicious and varied! Alps from the window - the best view! We will definitely come back and recommend to all our friends!

The breakfast was really good too. The service was also impeccable from all staff, especially Ilaria on the front desk - she made us feel very welcome! Thanks for a great trip.

Helpful reception staff, obtaining tickets for castle visits, avoiding queues We appreciated flexible check-in/ check-out times.

Such a nice bright start to our time in Augsburg. I also LOVE the pillow menu and the smell of the soap in the room.
