Great location right on the cross-country skiing, hiking and biking trails. Nice restaurant, very good breakfast and modern regional cuisine. Very friendly staff. World famous owner.

This hotel is located in the spa town of Oberwiesenthal, a 5-minute drive from the border with the Czech Republic. Hotel is great. 5 min from Ski Lift. Food was very good, parking nearby the hotel. Room was very clean and comfortable. We will be back, once we visit Oberwiesenthal again :-)

One of the best locations in Oberwiesenthal, with very friendly and flexible staff. Nice room, very comfortable bed, drying/storage room for ski gear, parking for 9EUR possible. Very good breakfast! Cild friendly!

This hotel is set in the Erzgebirge Mountains, 1.5 km from the centre of Oberwiesenthal, ski lifts and cross-country ski trails. Very good breakfast with every day scrambled egg or omlette too choose. Location is 3 min with car from ski spot this is very big advantage also I believe you can go by foot. Hotel has acess to jacuzzi and sauna for private use for small fee which was our highlight of the stay😍We loved also special Capuccino with chocolate. We also want to say thank you to miss Lesya she made our stay amazing and was always helpfull and very cherfull. We hope to come back one day again.

Featuring a large beer garden with views of Fichtelberg Mountain, this hotel is a 2-minute walk from Oberwiesenthal’s marketplace, train station and ski slopes. A breakfast buffet is provided daily. Huge room, with a sort of lounge beyond bedroom. Near to railway station. Good to revisit traditional family German Gasthof, that is all things: restaurant, bar, hotel etc. Quiet, although I suspect the main tourist season is through winter.

This family-run 2-star hotel is situated in the health resort of Oberwiesenthal, just a 2-minute drive from the Czech border. Excellent cuisine, helpful and friendly staff. The all inclusive program offers excellent value for money. A very nice hotel in a quiet town!

Offering a wide range of sports facilities, this hotel is located at the foot of the Fichtelberg Mountain in the winter holiday resort of Oberwiesenthal. The hotel was perfect but ski area was closed. Really pity. For skiing the hotel is perfectly located.
