Conveniently situated 1.5 km from the Hausberg ski lift in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Hotel Alpengruss features a terrace, and free WiFi. Hiking and cycling trails are easily accessible. Everything was perfect, such a nice hotel, exactly what you expect from a mountain hotel. Well decorated rooms with a nice terrace, breakfast had also everything one needs to start a good day. We would definitely come back here if we can.

Kulturhof Stanggass has a restaurant, bar and garden in Bischofswiesen. A sauna is available for guests. Private parking can be arranged free of charge. The team, the food, the architecture, the position were amazing . As soon as I arrived I was greeted warmly by the landscape architect who helped me find my way. During our entire stay the staff were all so happy, welcoming and helpful. Especially the restaurant team! And the food, creative, different, as they promised farm to table, there was an earthiness and uniqueness that really shone through from the talented chefs. Definitely want to go back .

I was here for two nights when traveling solo to the area with my motorbike. The hotel is in a big Bavarian-style building, modernized in the interior with all comforts, but retaining the traditional aura you may be looking for when visiting this lovely region. The staff is nice and welcoming. Very comfortable big single room, with sitting area, working table, tv, serious wardrobe, very large single bed, large bathroom with heater also in the warm season (ideal when traveling by motorbike in the rain...), stylish wooden furniture and with all conveniences. Modern elevator to get upstairs. Very nice spa, with sauna, steam bath, silent room and outside thermal pool (heated). Fantastic location, isolated in nature, secluded yet very easy to reach through a dedicated access road, with a gorgeous panorama! Good food in the evening, and very rich and high quality breakfast. I would say, a perfect stay, apart from the horrible weather :) I will definitely consider staying here again, if I will come to the area another time.
